Welcome to Rabbit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rabbit application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rabbit, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Have read and understood our Privacy Policy
2. Description of Service
Rabbit is a creator tool that allows TikTok users to:
- Connect their TikTok account via secure OAuth authentication
- View and analyze metadata for videos on their own TikTok account
- Upload videos programmatically to their own TikTok account
- Manage their content workflow and posting schedule
Important: Rabbit only accesses TikTok data that you explicitly authorize during the login process. We do not access videos, accounts, or data belonging to other TikTok users.
3. TikTok Integration
3.1 Authorization
When you connect your TikTok account to Rabbit, you authorize us to access certain data as specified during the TikTok login flow. This may include:
- Basic profile information (username, display name, avatar)
- Your video list and associated metadata (captions, timestamps, engagement metrics)
- The ability to upload content to your account on your behalf
3.2 TikTok's Terms
Your use of TikTok features through Rabbit is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between these Terms and TikTok's terms regarding the use of TikTok data, TikTok's terms shall prevail.
3.3 Revoking Access
You may revoke Rabbit's access to your TikTok account at any time by:
- Disconnecting Rabbit from your TikTok account settings
- Contacting us to request account deletion
Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your TikTok data and delete cached information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Rabbit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Only upload content that you have the right to publish
- Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and content policies
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Rabbit to:
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Post spam, misleading content, or malware
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload through Rabbit. By using our Service to upload content to TikTok, you grant us a limited license to transmit and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.2 Our Service
The Rabbit service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
Rabbit is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. TikTok may change their API or policies at any time, which may affect our Service.
7.2 Third-Party Services
Rabbit integrates with TikTok's platform. We are not responsible for TikTok's service availability, data handling, or any changes to their platform that affect our Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Service interruptions or API changes by third parties
- Content uploaded through our Service
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rabbit if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Fail to comply with TikTok's policies
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
